Aa the SEO Specialist you will own the brands search strategy and drive growth in organic visibility, traffic, and revenue. You will manage both Amazon SEO and on-site optimisation, working across content, backlinks, and technical SEO to increase share of key search terms In a competitive marketplace.

This role will be ideal for an individual who loves data, content, and continuous improvement and has a mix of analytical precision and creative flair.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the brands SEO strategy across Amazon and web.
Optimise listings, titles, and content for Amazon search and ranking performance.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Manage technical SEO audits, ensuring site speed, mobile performance, and crawlability.
Collaborate with content, dev, and brand teams to align SEO with wider marketing campaigns.
Ensure all pages are entity-modelled for AI search and SGE surfaces—clear relationships, definitions, attributes, FAQs, and structured info.
Conduct regular technical audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console.
Oversee onsite optimisations - H1s, metas, internal linking, canonical logic, and improved collection taxonomy.
Maintain automated alerts for ranking shifts, cannibalisation, indexing drops, and broken page logic.
Build backlink strategies and optimise metadata and schema for improved visibility.
Monitor and report performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and share of search.
