I’m working with a growing integrated marketing agency looking for an experienced SEO Strategist to join their team. They’re all about blending creative and technical talent to deliver smart, results-driven campaigns for their clients.

The role
As an SEO Strategist, you’ll be a key part of the organic performance team, reporting to the Head of SEO and Performance Director. You’ll take ownership of developing and executing KPI-driven SEO strategies, monitor performance, and provide insights that help clients succeed.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies with a clear focus on client KPIs
- Conducting topical research and working with content teams to create search-friendly content
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on SEO performance using tools like Sistrix, GA4, AHREFS and Looker Studio
- Conducting technical SEO audits and working with internal/external teams to implement improvements
- Performing competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunities
- Optimising Google Business Profiles and Merchant Feeds
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates
- Contributing to the development of business processes and sharing expertise across the team
What they’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Experience with ecommerce, informational and B2B clients
- Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using and evaluating SEO tools and software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies
- Confident communication skills, including presenting to clients
- Strong time management and planning skills
