We’re looking for a proactive, technically skilled and commercially minded Digital Growth Manager to take ownership of our online presence across multiple platforms.
We own and operate multiple brands including a hotel and online marketplace.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build, manage and optimise websites while driving measurable growth through SEO and digital marketing. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our platforms are technically sound, high-performing, conversion-focused and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and optimise websites (front-end and back-end)
- Manage hosting, domains, security, performance and technical updates
- Lead on-site and technical SEO strategy and implementation
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Improve search rankings, organic traffic and conversion rates
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage content strategy and publishing schedules
- Monitor analytics, produce performance reports and recommend improvements
- Optimise user journeys and conversion funnels
- Collaborate on brand positioning and digital growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building and managing websites (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or similar)
- Solid understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.)
- Understanding of UX, CRO and performance optimisation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and platforms simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desirable
- Basic HTML, CSS or JavaScript knowledge
- Experience managing multiple brands or online businesses
- Email marketing and automation experience
- E-commerce experience

Salary range is due to the flexibility of working hours, with the intention of this growing to a full time roll throughout 2026.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £18,000.00-£91,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 35 per week
