About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially minded and results-driven SEO Specialist to take the lead in growing our search optimisation service across the company and our sister brands. This opportunity has arisen through the success of business and the growing demand for our services.You will be our first dedicated SEO professional, helping to build and shape the service as we continue to launch new products and expand into new markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning data into growth, enjoys finding creative ways to outperform competitors, and can confidently explain SEO to clients. Working within a marketing team of five and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our in-house web developers and wider digital team to deliver measurable, high-impact results.This is a full-time role based at our Swindon head offices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage SEO strategies for multiple client accountsRefine and scale the SEO service offering, including internal processes and deliverablesConduct audits, keyword research, competitor analysis and backlink strategiesMonitor and report on performance using SEMrush and similar toolsWork closely with developers to ensure technical SEO changes are implementedAlign SEO activity with wider marketing campaigns across social, PPC and emailProvide clients with clear explanations, updates and recommendationsApply basic HTML skills for small content editsWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environmentStrong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO including schema & str
