Starr Luxury Cars is a global luxury car rental brand with a strong history of SEO-led growth. We’ve flown high in organic search and like many established sites, we’ve recently been impacted by a Google algorithm update.
Now we’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager / Head of Organic Growth to diagnose, stabilise, and rebuild our organic performance and then take it further than before.
This is not a greenfield role. It’s a high-impact recovery + growth opportunity for someone who knows how Google really works.
What you’ll own
- Full ownership of SEO strategy and recovery
- Deep-dive analysis of recent ranking & traffic losses
- Technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, CWV, site architecture
- Content and topical authority strategy
- Internal linking, page templates, and scalability
- Collaboration with devs, content, and leadership
- Turning SEO back into a reliable revenue channel
Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience recovering sites after Google updates
- Strong technical SEO background (not just content)
- Clear understanding of E-E-A-T, quality signals, and risk
- Data-driven, methodical, and commercially minded
- Comfortable owning results and making tough calls
