We are currently recruiting for a growing digital marketing agency that is expanding its delivery team and is looking for a confident, hands-on SEO Specialist to play a key role in scaling their SEO offering. You will work at the core of the business, collaborating closely with Sales and Account Management to ensure SEO strategies are commercially sound, scalable, and delivering strong results. This is a non-client facing role. You will be the internal SEO specialist and technical authority, focusing on execution, optimisation, and performance rather than presentations and calls. The role As an SEO Specialist, you will take full ownership of SEO delivery across a varied portfolio of clients. You will be trusted to manage your workload, lead SEO projects end to end, and make informed decisions that directly impact client growth and agency success. Owning day-to-day SEO activity across multiple client accountsLeading SEO projects from audit and strategy through to implementation and optimisationDelivering high-quality work on time, with strong attention to detailConducting in-depth technical audits and producing clear, actionable recommendationsImplementing technical, on-page, and off-page SEO improvementsMonitoring performance, analysing results, and identifying growth opportunitiesProviding technical SEO insight to support the Sales team pre- and post-saleWorking closely
